Hleb Attains Nuptial Milestone

Have you ever heard of a blonde frail looking guy with a tongue-twisting name known for crazy dribbling skills who played for Arsenal Football Club form 2005 to 2008? Yeah, that's him; Aliaksandr (Alexander) Paulavich Hleb. 

A footballer not known for much goals but crazy play, Hleb was married to ex-Belarusian singer, Anastasia Kosenkova, from 2008 to 2014. Two years after his divorce from Anastasia, he got married to Svetlana Gubarevich on 12th August 2016 in a shot-gun wedding as his daughter was born in December of the same year. 

Hleb and Svetlana are currently celebrating 6 years of marriage. Hleb's house is full of women; his wife, his daughter and a daughter of his wife from a previous marriage. The names of Hleb's daughters are not known by many as he leads a really silent life. Hleb's first marriage lasted 6 years, 6 years into his second marriage; is there a reason to be worried for the future?

It doesn't look it as Hleb has never been accused ofextramarital affairs or domestic violence ergo, it is left to Svetlana to hold on to the man who has taken care of her daughter like a father for the last 6 years. 

FOOTBALLING LIFE

• In May of 2006, Hleb became the first ever Belarusian footballer to play in a UEFA Champions League final.
• Hleb played for Barcelona of Spain from 2008 to 2012 (three loan spells) and played 80 games for the Belarusian national team (joint second highest) scoring six goals. 
• Fun fact, after winning eleven trophies in his career, including the 2008-2009 UEFA Champions League trophy, Hleb is regarded the greatest Belarusian footballer of all time.
• He hung up his footballing boots in March 2020 after a 21 year career.
